Super kind staff, cute tiny room with a wonderfull smell of (cedar?) wood, good location, pretty good breakfast.

The most hospitable couple runs this place with such care and kindness. The location is beautiful. The room was clean and well kept. The charm was off the charts. They served us breakfast in the lobby, it felt like we were at a restaurant. I would highly recommend.

The location was good and we had a great view from our balcony. The staff made you feel at home in this home-style B&B. The host provided good suggestions for hikes as well as walking shortcuts to get to the lifts without taking a car. The breakfast was very fresh including some home-cooked cakes.

The location of the accommodation is really good. I didn't have any trouble going to nearby tourist attractions. The host was very friendly and recommended good restaurants and cafes. Thanks to you, I was able to stay well.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. It was nice return to a traditional lodging experience. The Federbett/duvet on the bed was the most comfortable of my trip: nice and fluffy! It was perfect with the crisp night air.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. GREAT breakfast - yogurt, fruit, muesli and nuts. Bread, cheese, meat and cake Easy check in and out, heaps of parking. Gorgeous view from all windows

Villa Insam was perfect! First, the location is out of this world! Next, the rooms were quaint and delightful, especially the balconies overlooking the gorgeous valley. Third, the daily breakfasts were scrumptious with home made delicacies every morning. But the BEST part of Villa Insam is the hostess/ owner, Louisa. Louisa was delightful and very eager to help each guest figure out their best itinerary/ hike. We did a different hike everyday! I will definitely go back to this little gem of a place !

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to planning your day. The rooms are cozy and clean, with spectacular views. Breakfast was lovely.
